Day 1: Arrive Entebbe/Kampala. Optional UWEC, Botanical Gardens, or city tour. Overnight: Latitude 0 Hotel

Days 2–3: Lake Mburo NP

Day 4: Drive to Bwindi (Equator stop, Igongo Cultural Centre). Overnight: Ichumbi Gorilla Lodge

Day 5: Gorilla trekking, Bwindi. Overnight: Ichumbi Gorilla Lodge

Day 6: Batwa Cultural Experience. Overnight: Lake Bunyonyi Rock Resort

Day 7: Lake Bunyonyi → Lake Mburo NP transfer

Day 8: Full day drive to Kampala

Days 9–11: Ngamba Island Chimpanzee Sanctuary + Pineapple Bay

Days 12–13: Jinja – Source of Nile, adventure activities

Day 14: Kampala → Entebbe departure
